14-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date by contacting us at support@waitroom.io.

After the applicable 14-day refund period, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before committing. During the trial, you can explore all features at no cost and decide whether the Service meets your needs.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@waitroom.io with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of purchase or renewal
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@waitroom.io. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period, unless you are within the 14-day refund window

Exceptions

In certain circumstances, we may issue refunds outside of the 14-day window at our sole discretion. These may include:

  • Extended service outages that materially impacted your use of the platform
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Cases required by applicable consumer protection law
